Maintenance Lawn Services

Turf Maintenance

  • Weekly Mowing.
  • Height maintenance 2.75″ – 3.5″ depending on growing conditions.

Enhancement Lawn Services

Aeration

Mechanical process which will extract cores of soil that will help reduce thatch and compaction and improve air and water exchange in the soil profile at designated areas. This does not include seeding.

Seeding

Overseeding after aeration or selectively seeding thin, bare, or damaged areas, choosing premium seed type for your conditions and soil amendments, if necessary.

Lawn Installation

Sod installation for an instant lawn, great for new builds. Or choose traditional seeding with starter fertilizer and straw. This service also includes restoring beds or other areas to turf.

Property Maintenance Services

Pre-Emergent

Application of a professional grade granular pre-emergent in spring to assist with control of pre-germinated weeds in the planting bed areas. This is highly recommended as a service preceding regular bed maintenance.

Spring Cleanup

General clean-up of organic materials in lawn areas and planting bed areas. Cut back of all perennials and ornamental grasses as needed.
Removal of all organic debris from winter on turf and planting bed areas.

Seasonal Pruning

Seasonally timed pruning of current seasons growth to all groundcovers, ornamental trees, and shrubs up to 10′ tall based on plant species growing habit. All pruning performed shall be in a manner to maintain the natural shape and growing habit of the plant.

Bed Maintenance

Periodic weed control management of planting bed areas (including designated rock beds) to include hand weeding and/or mechanical spraying of an approved herbicide at all agreed upon designated areas.
Pruning is not included.

Mulch Install

Application of customer selected mulch to a final minimum depth of 2″-3″ at all agreed upon designated areas. Deep edging of planting bed lines to a minimum depth of 2″ may be included at time of spring cleanup or before mulch installation.

Fall Cleanup

Removal of leaves from property which includes all designated turf areas, planting bed areas, tree rings, and hardscape surfaces. Leaves shall be removed from the property or disposed of on-site at a location approved by the owner or manager.
